At Regency is the importance of not simply preparing songs, but preparing myself personally. My personal devotion to God, beyond the oversight and care of the team, is paramount. It positions me to lead from a place of intimacy with Him and to approach ministry with clean hands and a pure heart. I cannot lead people somewhere spiritually that I am unwilling to go first.
