Jim & Renee Cutter
Our Senior Leaders are passionate to see lives and families strengthened and transformed through the love and power of God and healthy community. They have dedicated their lives to loving God entirely, serving people selflessly and doing the works of Jesus relentlessly. Pastoring since 2015, they have served as Senior Leaders of Regency Church since 2019.
Our Structure
Regency is led by senior leadership and facilitated by a team of elders, staff and leaders.

Eldership Team
Alicia Alcantar
Alicia has called Regency Church home since 1995. She currently serves on our Eldership Team as our Service Coordinator and oversees Soul Care Ministry and the Guest Experience area. On any given Sunday, you’ll probably find her walking the halls and making sure everything is in its place.

Anthony & Faye Thomas
Anthony & Faye have served at Regency Church for over 15 years. They served as Children’s Pastors for ten years before transitioning to the Eldership Team. They currently oversee the Congregational Care Ministry. They are patient, wise and kind lovers of God’s people!

Beverly McKinney
“Elder Bev” is affectionately known for her love of God’s truth and deep roots in His Word. She has served as an Elder for ten years and developed the curriculum for our Foundations of Faith Series. You’ll usually find her in Foundations Class on any given Sunday!

Fred Leyva
Fred has called Regency home since 1995 and has served as an Elder for several years. His passion for God’s Word will teach you something new every time you speak to him so say hello on a Sunday!

Troy & Raemarie Kimura
Troy and Raemarie have 3 daughters and have attended Regency since 2008. They have served in multiple areas over the years and currently serve as Elders over the Worship Team.
